Instant artist statement: Arty Bollocks Generator: "My work explores the relationship between acquired synesthesia and multimedia experiences. With influences as diverse as Kierkegaard and Frida Kahlo, new combinations are crafted from both simple and complex textures. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the ephemeral nature of relationships. What starts out as vision soon becomes corroded into a cacophony of greed, leaving only a sense of decadence and the chance of a new synthesis. As shifting impressions become frozen through diligent and diverse practice, the viewer is left with an insight into the inaccuracies of our future."

[...] The Sunset and Sunrise are connected in one magnificent show of color and light lasting from 8 to 12 hours. The sun is barely going below the horizon before coming up again. This is the most colorful light that I know, and the main reason I have been going up there for the last 4 years, at the exact same time of year, to photograph."
