A social organization requires social business planning

I especially like David Armano's view on the impact of social media strategies on an organisation. In his view, Corporate Marketing/Communication drives the different marketing/comm channels:
  • TM Traditional Marketing
  • DM Digital Marketing
  • SM Social Media
  • PR Public Relations
He sees two types of Conversation Managers:
  1. Social Media Manager for customer engagement
  2. social Media Manager for employee engagement
Bot report to a Social Media Director, who reports to what I'm guessing would be the CMO of the company, and is held accountable to a Social Media Executive Committee.
